Order Acceptance

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed to by hectorweyl.com. Payment must be received by hectorweyl.com prior to hectorweyl.com's acceptance of an order. hectorweyl.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by hectorweyl.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Return and Refund

You can send an email to service@hectorweyl.com for requesting an exchange or a refund within 14 days upon receipt of your order. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Any other orders overdue these two deadlines, hectorweyl.com may not assume the responsibility of your order.Please note that hectorweyl.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

* Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.

* Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker).

* Software Up to Date Program Products. (i.e. software upgrade subscription product) Detailed information, please view the Return and Refund Policy.

No Warranties

hectorweyl.com and the materials contained therein are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your expressly agree that use of the site, including all content or date distributed by or, downloaded or accessed from or through the site, is at your sole risk.

hectorweyl.com does not represent or warrant that materials in the site are accurate, complete, current, reliable or error-free.

hectorweyl.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, text or photography. We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties.
